Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your item and it is not to your standards, does not fit or is damaged. Please reach out to our customer service team at Contact@Xposetrend.com and we will do everything we can to make your experience a positive one. Please review our detailed return policies below to answer common questions and begin the process of returning your item.

 

Can I return/exchange an item?

 

We only do exchanges. No refunds unless an item cannot be shipped or is damaged. See below. We do not do order cancellations.

Items must have a Conformation number and be returned to Xposetrend within 30 days of their delivery date for consideration.

 

Items MUST be received by the date in your approval letter with all original tags in non-damaged condition

Lingerie, Shapewear and Cosmetics are all not eligible for return or exchange. (Any item that is not exchangeable is listed in the description of the item).

Items that have been washed, are soiled, or worn out will not be considered for return/exchange.

Swimwear is eligible for return/exchange ONLY if the inner liner is intact. (Please try on the swimwear with undergarments)

Items that are clearly listed as “Not Eligible for Return” cannot be returned/exchanged.

Items that are the wrong size can be exchanged unless noted as “Not Eligible for Return”. Please call us and if we have your size in stock, we will do the best we can to work with you.

OK …I read the above statements and still want to return my item:

 

Please call our customer service team at Contact@Xposetrend.com or log on to our website and obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will need your original order number handy.

Package the item for return in its original packaging. Make sure to send it with a delivery tracking system as we will not be liable for items lost in transit.

Make sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of the package.

 

I have returned my item…. Now what?

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure that we can re-stock the item. If the item meets the guidelines outlined in the “Can I Return My Item” section we will issue your account a store credit minus the shipping and taxes that were charged at the time of your purchase. You will be notified via email of your credit.

 

If an item is received that does not meet the guidelines in the “Can I Return My Item” section, We will contact you to try to resolve the issue so make sure that you have a current phone number or email on your account.

 

Return shipping charges information:

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we ship an item in error.

If we do ship an item in error, you have the option to get a full refund of your order including the shipping cost that was paid in addition the cost to ship the incorrect item back to our warehouse. If you choose to return the item for the correct item we will refund you for the shipping cost to return the incorrect item and grant you a refund the shipping amount you paid at the time of your order.

 

Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.

Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of the shipping charges for your item.
